Michael Gerard & Co., a registered Chartered Building Consultancy, was established in the mid 1990's to provide commercial and technical support to clients and suppliers within the built environment.
Our team has extensive experience and are academically and professionally qualified in all of our practice areas our personel are chartered and include barristers (not practicing) and practicing adjudicators and arbitrators. Therefore, whether you are facing a contractual, legal or technical issue, you can be sure that your business is in very competent hands.
