• Analysing of progress and identifying specific areas for improvement on a £300M framework contract with Metronet.
• Demonstration of entitlement to recover losses on a contract to supply Rolling Stock for West Coast Mainline.
• Appointment as Planning Expert for Alstom at the International Court of Arbitration, Geneva, in a matter between Bombardier and Alstom for the supply of bodyshells for the Athens Metro. Based on Peter's Expert Report, the Court found in favour of Alstom.
• Production of a composite manufacturing programme for 5 separate rolling stock supply contracts to demonstrate disruption in a successful £12M claim against Railtrack.
