Michael Gerard
A quantity surveyor by profession, Michael was awarded chartered status in 1994 and has been in private practice specialising in commercial and technical building matters since 1995.
He has been a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building since 1991 and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 1995. Michael completed his five-year foundation building studies at Guildford College and achieved a Masters Degree in Construction Management and Law in 1997 from Kingston University, London. He also has the award of a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from De Montfort University, Leicester, a Post Graduate Diploma in Vocational Training for the Bar and holds the degree of Barrister. Michael is a member of Lincoln's Inn, The Society of Construction Law and the Adjudication Society. He is also practicing member of the Academy of Experts.

Peter Morris
Peter is a self-motivated and client focused Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years' experience in all aspects of construction and engineering. He has proven skills in achieving objectives and has first class analytical and problem solving skills. Peter is commercially aware, competitive, efficient and tenacious.
An accomplished planner and delay analyst, he is able to quickly grasp the essence of contracting issues. Computer literate, familiar with Primavera P6, P3e, P3 and SureTrak, Project 2003, Asta Power Project, Openplan, CCS Candy and Manifest.
