Michael Gerard has been invited by a well known Midlands based practice of Chartered Surveyors, to address their clients at the Belfry, Birmingham, on the forthcoming changes to the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 on 26 June 2011. The changes, as contained in the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, is expected to come into effect in October 2011.
